Camping for the Nationals has the Green Light!
Camping for the 52nd edition of the Australian Hobie Cat National Championships is a go for McCrae, Victoria. The Hobie Cat Assoc. of Victoria (HCAV) have been working tirelessly on the planning, preparation and execution of this no doubt sensational event both on and off the water. And for all you diehard Hobie sailors on Tour, getting accommodation sorted early is a must!
There’s a catch…
The HCAV need to know in advance because the team at McCrae sorting accommodation early for the Hobie Family before the ballot goes out for the foreshore camping area.
- It’ll be $52 a night for an unpowered site and $68 a night for a powered site.
- Unpowered sites are literally next to the club, the powered sites are a tiny bit further along the foreshore.
- The club will make the bathrooms, kitchen, power and wifi available to all sailors 24/7, which will make camping even easier!
Finally, the HCAV expects the Notice of Race to be up by the end of May…
Looking forward to seeing all the Hobie Family down in sunny Victoria this summer!
For any further questions, please get contact with HCAV as soon as possible.
